Our Founders

Keystone Publications was founded by two writers, entrepreneurs and pilgrims Richard Wain and Marcus Demetrius Link in 2024.

Richard and Marcus experience their writing as a vocation and a calling. It is a journey that leaves behind such footsteps that we call writing. It is a way to make something conscious, to follow a trail, to find something life-giving and enlivening.

Publishing in the highest sense is about the generative footsteps we leave behind as we walk the landscapes from which we are born, which sustain us and to which we return. The footsteps we leave behind shape, mould and make the world as we are made. They are the traces that tell the stories of how we have lived. This is how our becoming as individuals becomes the evolution of places and people and of the wider fabric of Earth and perhaps more.

We have a thirst for finding ways to imprint enlivening perspectives for inner transformation and outer regeneration, for a from of writing and publishing that is about participating in life and witnessing the wonder, which is about writing more as question and less as answer, which is about journeying more with orientation and less about direction.
